1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
2. Shipping Rates: Standard shipping starts at 40 AED; free shipping is available for orders over 1,000 AED.
3. Delivery Times: Standard shipping takes 7-9 business days; expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
4. Shipping Locations: We ship to any place in Middle East; some locations are excluded.
5. Order Tracking: A start of the shipment will be emailed once your order ships.
6. Customs Fees: International buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
7. Lost Shipments: Contact us at CS@sportique.ae if your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe.
8. Cancellations: Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours only.
